The Pole Room decided it would open it doors and give a select number of individuals the opportunity to try our studios, instructors and program without the long term commitment of an on-going membership.

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

Pole is different to any hobby, activity or sport you have tried before. While a beginner pole dance class can burn up to 400 calories, our advanced pole classes burn around 750 calories, more than running, and cycling classes.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

From learning tricks, combinations and routines, the pole world has so many different styles and genres, including opportunities to compete and perform on stage. The free trial will give you an insight into what we offer and how to get started.

I have no dance background, is the 28 Day Challenge for me?

Absolutely! The 28 Day Challenge is perfect for individuals with no dance background. Pole dancing is a welcoming and beginner-friendly activity, and many people start their pole dance journey without any prior dance experience. During the 28 Day Challenge, you’ll be introduced to the basic movements and techniques of pole dancing in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our experienced instructors understand that everyone starts somewhere, and they will guide you through the fundamentals step by step.

Also, Pole dancing is not solely about having a dance background; it’s about discovering a new form of self-expression and empowerment. The classes are designed for beginners, and you’ll find that pole dancing can be an enjoyable and transformative experience regardless of your dance experience.

I’m plus size, is the 28 Day Challenge for me?

Absolutely! The 28 Day Challenge is for everyone, including individuals of all body shapes and sizes, including plus-size individuals. Pole dancing is a welcoming and inclusive activity that celebrates diversity and empowers people of all backgrounds.Our program is not about fitting into a certain mold; it’s about embracing your uniqueness and journeying towards self-improvement and self-acceptance. Plus-size individuals often find pole dancing to be an empowering and body-positive activity that allows them to celebrate their bodies and discover new levels of strength and confidence.

Is there an age limit for a 28 Day Challenge?

To participate in our Pole program, the minimum age requirement is 16 years old. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is mandatory. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our participants and ensure that those under 18 have the appropriate consent before joining our classes. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or need further clarification. We look forward to welcoming you to our empowering pole dance community!

Do I need to wear Heels in class?

When attending a pole dance class, especially as a beginner, it is not necessary to wear heels. Pole dancing can be done barefoot, and many beginners prefer this option as it allows for better grip and stability on the pole.

Wearing comfortable workout attire is more important for your free trial class. Opt for clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably, such as leggings, shorts, or athletic wear. Also, consider wearing a sports bra or tank top for women to ensure unrestricted movement.

As you progress in your pole dance journey and become more comfortable with the movements, you may choose to wear heels for certain routines or performances. However, wearing heels is entirely optional and not required, especially during the early stages of learning pole dancing.

So, feel free to leave the heels at home and come to your free trial class dressed in comfortable workout attire. Focus on enjoying the experience, exploring the basic movements, and discovering the joy of pole dancing without any pressure to wear heels.
